Newly budded start-up Qtrax is attempting to make a mountain out of a red-ant hill - and getting bit a little too early in the process. Previous press releases caught Qtrax plugging that all four majors had agreed to allow the free-download service to utilize their catalogues - although it has recently come to light that none have approved the service.
