Universal and Sony straighten licensing issues with Asia

It is no secret that the Asian markets (Hong Kong, China, India, and Taiwan) are a huge resource for commercial media licensing, but getting paid has always been a difficult road to navigate. Having the resources to streamline this issue and ultimately increase revenues, Sony BMG and Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) are releasing a new licensing platform spanning an array of assets and delivery methods for digital media.
